In 1977 he graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at the Eötvös Loránd University, in English-Hungarian and in film theology. From 1975 to 1980 he was a member of the BBS, and during this period he made shorts inter alia with Péter Forgács and György Szemadám. Since 1978 he has been an exhibiting photographer, his master was Sándor Kardos and László Haris. His writings have been published since 1980, primarily in Life and Literature, in the Hungarian Journal, in the Bicycle Grassand in photographic journals. Since 1985 he has been working as a professional photographer, specializing in architectural and art photography. He is not only present at art events, but he is also an inspiration for many fine art, photography and film works with his open mind, free spirit and creative thinking. He documented the exceptional position of the art world in his photo journal.
