Photojournalist, amateur photographer, Fotó editor, one of the most influential organizers of Hungarian amateur photography. The Hungarian amateur photography movement has been determined by his personality and decisive taste for decades since the 1950s. He is a supporter of socialist realism. He is a teacher of many talents, a leader in their career.
After a commercial graduation, he was an amateur photographer with 17 pengo amateur boxing machines. He studied photography at Marian's Reismann studio.

Participant in some individual and multi group exhibitions, but more importantly, was an inevitable actor, organizer and decisive personality of all amateur photo events, exhibitions, image judgments, creative workshops, performances for decades.
1956: founder member of the Hungarian Association of Photographers, member of the Board for a long time
1959: awarded by AFIAP
1961: has earned recognition for the Socialist Culture
1968 and 1979: gold degree of Work Order of Merit
1982: MUOSZ gold pen
1988: EFIAP title
