Painter. He studied at the Hungarian College of Fine Arts between 1945 and 1950. His master was Bernáth Aurél. He had been to Italy, France and Holland to study. He had several solo exhibitions, for instance in the Kunsthalle Budapest (1978), in Munich (1982) and in Amsterdam (1984). He participated in a group exhibition in Monte Carlo in 1977. His prizes: Munkácsy-prize (1953, 1955), Pro Urbe, Budapest (1995), Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic (2002). His works can be found in hungarian collections, in the Hungarian National Gallery and in the Budapest Gallery.
