Futásfalvi Márton, Piroska Nyárádszereda, 1899 - 1996, Budapest
She was a pupil of Lajos Deák-Ébner and István Csók at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest. From 1922 to 1924 she worked at the artists colony of Pécs in the summers. In the summer of 1925 she worked at the Nagybánya artists colony. In 1928 she went on a study tour to Germany with her husband the graphic artist Nándor Nagy and with the painter Angéla Szuly. She also painted in Transylvania several times. In 1931 she was one of the founders of the New Group of the Hungarian Association of Women Artists, and became a member of The New Eight.
