Farkas, Béla 1894 - 1941
He received his training in Nagybánya, Budapest, Vienna and Berlin, and then worked in the artists colony of Kecskemét between 1913 and 1915. He settled in Szabadka (now Subotica) after the First World War, and then moved to Újvidék (Novi Sad). He took part in establishing the Association of Artists in Újvidék in 1923.
