Endrey, Sándor Nagyvárad, 1867 - 1940, Kovácspatak
Painter, graphic. He began his artistic studies in Pest, and continued them in Paris. He worked in Budapest. In 1891 he began to participate at group exhibitions in the Kunsthalle Budapest. In 1918 he received the Ráth György prize. In 1936-37 he went to the United States to study. Some of his works can be found in the collection of the Hungarian National Gallery and the Hungarian Historical Museum.
