Czillich, Anna 1893 - 1923
A pupil of Oszkár Glatz and Dezso Pilch at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts between 1917 and 1920, and of István Réti in Nagybánya during the summer of 1917. She died of tuberculosis at the age of twenty-four. At the posthumous exhibition of her work in January of 1924, forty paintings and numerous drawings were shown in the Creation Arts House. Her diary was published in 1925, with a postscript by her co-artist, Vilma Kiss.
