Graphic artist, painter. At first he studied liberal arts and the College of Fine Arts in Budapest, then studied graphic reproduction between 1957-1962. His masters were: Barcsay Jenő, Hincz Gyula, Ék Sándor and Kádár György. He settled down in Budapest, but regularly worked in Kecskemet artists' colony from 1957 to 1977. In 1989 and 1990, he won the city of Kecskemét art prize. He had longer study trips in England, Italy and Sweden. Featured in exhibitions since 1964. Besides the Miskolc Graphic Biennale and other national exhibitions his works are shown in Vienna, London, Kyoto, New York etc.. Today his paintinga can be found in the Hungarian National Gallery, the Gallery of Kecskemét, Miskolc Otto Hermann Museum, the Museum of Literature Petőfi, the Nuremberg Dürer Museum collection.
